Natural thermal mineral waters flow from deep underground into the pools and private baths at Peninsula Hot Springs
Natural Hot mineral spring water flows from an aquifer 637 metres below the surface rising to within 9 metres of the surface under its own pressure. The thermal mineral water temperature in the many pools varies from 36ºC to 43ºC.
The geothermal water contains a total of 3200 PPM (parts per million) of total dissolved minerals. The primary mineral groups include bicarbonate, magnesium, potassium and sodium. Good levels of calcium, boron, selenium as well as several key trace minerals are present in the water.
Two separate bathing areas provide an experience for everyone.
Bath House Thermal Pools
Over 20 bathing experiences offer visitors a world of health, fun and relaxation. Bathing experiences include, to mention a few, thermal mineral spring pools, a Turkish steam bath (Hamam), cave pool, underground sauna, reflexology walk, massaging thermal mineral showers, a family bathing area, lakeside pool and a bathing valley with Moonviewing pool.
The Bath House is open from 7:30 am till 10 pm (last bathing 9:45 pm) 7 days a week. Rates
Hamam Workshops
Hamam educational workshops are available with our trained spa therapists who can teach you the procedures and techniques to make the most of this very special practice. The one hour workshops are for groups of 4 to 12 people. Hamam workshops are available twice daily at 10am and 4pm. During the one hour workshop the Hamam will not be open for general use. Bookings are essential.
Pre-Book Bath House Bathing online to guarantee entry at the time you arrive
At peak times (weekends and holiday periods), our pools can be very busy. During these periods, to avoid a possible wait for entry, we recommend pre-booking your preferred bathing time online. Book your bathing arrival time online. Online bookings are free of any service fee. Bathing bookings made over the phone incur a $5 charge.
Spa Dreaming Centre Bathing
Here the emphasis is on tranquility, relaxation and the spa experience. The main bathing area includes indoor and outdoor thermal pools, cold plunge pool, a massaging bamboo shower, sauna, zen chi machines and plenty of pool side chairs to relax on. Private indoor and outdoor baths and pools can be reserved for 30, 45 or 60 minutes. This area is for exclusive use by spa centre patrons (16 years and older).

Bath House Pools & Spa Dreaming Centre Pools
Natural hot mineral spring pools provide many bathing experiences in the Bath House and the over 16s Spa Dreaming Centre. The thermal mineral water temperature varies from pool to pool ranging from 36ºC to 43ºC. During the summer, we operate some pools at cooler temperatures on the hotter days.

Private pools and baths offer clients a sense of harmony that can be enjoyed alone, with a partner or a group of up to five friends.
