The Perfect Getaway for Conference/Team Building Groups, Schools Group Camps, Social Clubs, Groups of Family & Friends, Special Occasions or Reunions for Families. Bayplay Lodge is set on an acre amidst the tea trees in a peaceful setting just 500m from the bay beach.
The Lodge has 8 bedrooms, sleeping up to 38 people with doubles/twins and family rooms with 4 or 6 beds, bunk style and 2 rooms with Queen beds. All rooms have a double bed bunk. Swimming pool on site available for guests of the lodge and adjacent cottages.

Bayplay Beach Retreat, Portsea
The Retreat is located in the heart of the Portsea Township and is directly across from Portsea beach, Portsea park and the Portsea Hotel. Great for golfing or wedding groups needed larger than usual accommodation – Sleeps up to 24 people. The retreat can be broken down into 2 apartments for groups of 8 – 12.
