Before You Leave Home
Book online at peak times
If you are visiting for public bathing during our peak times (Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday, school holidays and public holidays) we strongly recommend that you book online for public bathing. You can also book over the phone, which incurs a $5 service fee.
Consider visiting Tuesday to Thursday, particularly mornings before 11am, if you'd like a more serene experience. For those who enjoy quiet solitude, bathing in the Spa Dreaming Centre is recommended. You can also book a private outdoor mineral bath for guaranteed serenity.

When to arrive
The time shown on your booking confirmation is the actual start time for your Peninsula Hot Springs experience.
We suggest you arrive at least 20 minutes prior to the stated start time on your booking confirmation and, ideally, an hour prior to your treatment so that you can enjoy a relaxing bath prior for maximum relaxation benefit.
If you have booked a package, this will always include bathing. Your start time on the package is your bathing start time.
If you arrive late, the time you spend in the pools may have to be reduced accordingly to redeem your full treatment time.
If your booking is for a treatment, we recommend you also allow 30-45 minutes for a hot mineral springs bathe beforehand (public and / or private). Please allow time for your bathing, as this greatly enhances the treatment.
