Cancellation Policy

A group booking requires a minimum of 5 guests.

Our refund policy in case of a total group cancellation is as follows:

  • Notice of more than 28 days prior to the event – 100% of the payment will be refunded
  • Notice of 14-27 days prior to the event – 50% of the payment will be refunded
  • Notice of 13 days or less prior to the event – 0% of the payment will be refunded

Rescheduling is considered cancellation.

 

Our refund policy in the case of a cancellation of one or more guests is as follows:

  • Notice of more than 7 days prior to the event – 100% of the payment will be refunded
  • Notice of less than 7 days prior to the event – 50% of the payment will be refunded
  • Notice of less than 48 hours prior to the event or ‘no show’ – 0% of the payment will be refunded

Please bear in mind that a minimum of 5 guests are required for you to retain your group booking.

If a cancellation of 1 or more guests brings your total to less than 5 guests you may still keep your booking, however, payment of a minimum of 5 guests will be required regardless of if less than 5 guests attend the event. 

Rescheduling is considered cancellation.
