Simply select a package or bathing experience from the Spa Dreaming Menu or nominate a dollar amount for the gift certificate. That way, the recipient can choose what they’d like to put the certificate toward – from general bathing to meals, gifts from the retail shop, treatments or packages.
Note: Gift certificates for individual recipients need to be processed separately. For example, if you wish to buy separate gift certificates, you will need to complete the process for the first certificate and repeat the same process for each gift thereafter. Otherwise, they will appear on the same certificate!

Redeeming gift certificates

Gift certificate terms and conditions
1. Certificates must be redeemed by the expiry date.
2. Certificates will be deemed void if notice of cancellation of a booking is not received at least 24 hours prior to the appointment time, or the holder of the certificate fails to arrive at the appointment.
3. Certificates may not be redeemed for cash.
4. Certificates may be redeemed any day of the week, unless otherwise stipulated.
5. Certificates are transferrable and can be redeemed for retail products, bathing passes or purchases in the cafe.
6. Certificates are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
7. Expired certificates hold no value.
