  • Monday February 13th, 10am-6pm
  • Tuesday February 14, 10am-6pm
  • Monday February  30th, 10am-6pm

Reflexology is a relaxing massage technique whereby reflex areas in our feet or hands are stimulated by pressure to generate a positive response in specific parts of the body. These include the nerves, organs, muscles, bones, endocrine glands (hormones) and other tissues. Reflexology is based on the principle that every part of the body is represented in different reflex points on the feet, hands, face and ears.

During the summer, we are operating some pools at cooler temperatures on the hotter days. On each hot day we set some pools to a cooler temperature, with the selected temperature depending on the heat predicted for that day by the weather bureau.

So on very hot days, some pools will be quite cool.

Signs are placed beside the cooler pools when this cool pools policy is operating.

Please note that, for those who expect the hot water no matter what, some pools will be kept at their normal hot temperatures no matter what the weather forecast says.

Ilana and Yacov Swissa were among many who enjoyed the poolside tunes of highly regarded Melbourne musicians Ernie Gruner and David Krycer on Tuesday October 18.

Originally from Israel but now living in Australia, Ilana and Yacov said the live music added beautifully to their second wedding anniversary celebrations at Peninsula Hot Springs.

The musicians wandered among the outdoor pools thoughout the afternoon with their special brand of gentle music on the sea breeze.

Feedback from bathers on the day indicates a strong welcoming for regularly scheduled acoustic live music afternoons.
