Bliss
An experience that will restore balance and leave a lasting sense of calm and wellbeing. We recommend arriving an hour before the treatments commence for a fresh juice and leisurely dip in the thermal pools. Then enter our Spa Dreaming Centre to enjoy a private aromatherapy bath with your selection of aromatic oils and a herbal tea. Afterwards enjoy lunch and a glass of wine or juice in the Bathe Cafe.
Return to our Spa Dreaming Centre where our therapists will start the Dreaming treatment with a Miji Jina foot treatment, a Mala Mayi mud wrap and a Paudi head treatment. To remove the mud, you're gently guided into the shower, the bliss then continues with a Kodo body massage, Mirri facial and a Miji Polama hand treatment.

Pregnancy Packages

During pregnancy, the body needs no further heat or stimulating, there is enough happening already! The sense of aroma is already heightened, so dilution of products with our Neutral Base Moisturiser takes most essential oils and extracts down to a safe level as well as making the aroma more acceptable.

Our philosophy in the treatment of pregnant women is to ensure our client feels comfortable, safe and maintains modesty throughout the treatment. We therefore avoid heavy massage pressure, especially on the lower back. A nurturing touch is more important than deeply therapeutic bodywork during this time.

1st Trimester
Relax in our Spa Dreaming centre with a 15 minute foot bath with rose petals and foot salt scrub, a 15 minute nurturing neck and shoulder massage then continue your nurturing and soothing treatments with a 30 minute scalp and face massage.

2nd Trimester
Enjoy a fresh juice and relax in our Spa Dreaming centre with a soothing foot bath with rose petals and foot salt scrub followed by a 75 minute Phyts facial (skin often requires balancing in the 2nd trimester). Then replenish with breakfast or lunch in the cafe.

One Day in September
At first bounce he's up for fresh juice. The second quarter sees a 30 minute indoor therapeutic mud bath. A steam room Kodo massage follows the long long break and, after the final siren, he can slide into the natural mineral pools for unlimited public bathing.

The 19th Hole
