Living Well Retreats presents Pelvic Pain + Pathways to Release, an intimate women + health day retreat designed to support those living with pelvic pain and endometriosis through integrated care, education and restorative practice.


Held during Endometriosis Awareness Month, this full-day retreat brings together evidence-informed education and embodied wellness experiences in the natural surrounds of Peninsula Hot Springs.

Participants will be guided through a thoughtfully curated program led by three of Melbourne’s leading complementary health practitioners specialising in pelvic pain. The day integrates clinical insight with practical tools and restorative experiences to support both body and mind.

  • Educational sessions and small-group workshops covering naturopathy, nutrition, traditional Chinese medicine and psychology

  • Gentle, grounding practices including Qi Gong and meditation

  • Group acupuncture sessions

  • Geothermal mineral bathing at Peninsula Hot Springs

who this retreat is for

This retreat is designed for women / AFAB individuals aged 16–50 living with pelvic pain, endometriosis or related conditions. A limited capacity of 30 participants ensures an intimate and supportive experience.
