Yoga classes

Yoga at Peninsula Hot Springs has concluded for the summer-autumn season, but will be back (with some exciting new developments) later in the year.

Please email info@peninsulahotsprings.com to be notified when yoga returns.

 

Our complimentary yoga class is included in your Bath House bathing entry. When you book your Bath House bathing, arrive earlier than the scheduled time to allow yourself time to unwind before the class starts.
Mats are provided and we recommend you bring sunscreen and a drink bottle to stay hydrated during class. Our classes are weather dependant so please check with reception upon arrival.
After your yoga class, enhance your sense of relaxation by soaking in the hot springs, or invigorate your body and mind by enjoying hot cold therapy in our sauna or cold plunge pool. Replenish yourself with a health snack or sit in tranquillity and absorb the calm of our garden oasis.
