Health and wellness
We offer a range of wellness activities that are complimentary with Bath House bathing entry to help you along your journey of wellbeing. Some of these activities are only held seasonally as they are weather dependant, in the future we plan to have an indoor space to utilise for year round wellness activities and retreats.
Warm water exercise
Held in our aquatherapy pool, join in on our warm water exercise class to help your tone muscles and improve your overall fitness. The classes are held on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday mornings. Read more
Global bathing journey
Our global bathing journey sessions have ended for the season. During the journey you will gain a deeper understanding of the history and indigenous connection to the land, as well as the benefits of geothermal bathing. Read more
Our yoga classes have ended for the seaon. Yoga helps keep the body strong and flexible, calms the mind and promotes an overall feeling of health and wellbeing. Read more
Our meditation classes have ended for the season. During these sessions you are introduced and guided through simple and effective meditation techniques, utilising the rhythm of your breath, your senses and other focus areas to help you relax. Read more
Our Qi Gong sessions have ended for this season. Qi Gong (pronounced: ‘Chi Gung’) is an ancient Chinese discipline of postures, exercises, breathing techniques, and meditations. Its techniques are designed to improve and enhance the body’s qi (chi). Read more
