Ride for Relief

Friday 23 March - Sunday 25 March 2018

Peninsula Hot Springs is happy to be launching “Ride for Relief”, a unique charity cycling event  which will raise funds and awareness to support Australians suffering from mental health issues.

According to statistics*, depression is the leading cause of disability across the globe with an estimated one in five Australians affected by mental illness every year.

Join us for 2 days and 2 nights over a memorable weekend to make a difference and aid in providing relief to those living with these conditions.

Participants will not only take on the challenge of riding through the beautiful terrain of Mornington Peninsula but can also unwind, relax and recover after each day by bathing in natural hot springs at our multi-award winning destination.

  • 100k challenging ride on Saturday followed by lunch, bathing and massage at Peninsula Hot Springs
  • 100k challenging ride on Sunday followed by lunch and bathing at Peninsula Hot Springs

The cause

The funds raised from this event will go to one of our local charity partners Mentis Assist.

Mentis Assist is a not for profit mental health support organisation in the Mornington Peninsula region, which provides specialised mental health services for people aged 16 years and over (and their carers) living with a diagnosed mental illness.

In partnership, we are committed to promoting accessible mental health and physical wellbeing opportunities that work to build strong and resilient individuals and communities.
