It’s time again for one of our favourite weeks of the year: NAIDOC Week.
NAIDOC Week, which runs from July 7 – 14, is an opportunity to acknowledge and celebrate the history, culture and achievements of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders. This year’s theme is “Voice. Treaty. Truth”, which are three key elements in the Uluru Statement from the Heart. NAIDOC Week 2019 is all about bringing forth and truly hearing the voices and collective voice of Indigenous peoples and working together for a shared future.Find out more »

The class ends in a swaying cocoon pose to bring you into a state of deep meditation and surrender. Suitable for students from beginner to advanced.Find out more »
