In celebration of World Wellness Weekend we are again holding an event for all things wellness-related on September 21 and 22. We believe in a holistic approach to wellness and provide experiences that nurture the mind, body and soul. On World Wellness Weekend, in addition to our regular wellness program of Body Clay, Fire and ice, Pilates, mat and aerial yoga plus our unique hot springs yoga, we will be offering a number of complimentary experiences which will allow guests to fully immerse themselves
Each day will begin with guided meditation in our Bath House Amphitheatre from 8am. Following meditation on Saturday will be sound bathing with our under water speakers, hamam workshop, live music performances, a tea workshop, ice plunge challenge** and ending the day with Bathe in Cinema where you can watch from within our Amphitheatre pools or on the grassed terraces.
Sunday’s program includes the addition of a talk from our Land and Environment Director Jarrod Ruch on our evolving food story and the unique thriving eco-system which has been created on the site of Peninsula Hot Springs. Our three on-site cafes will be serving a delicious array of nutritious and locally sourced meals, drinks and snacks to enjoy throughout the weekend.
A variety of experiences are complimentary with bath house bathing or book one of our regular wellness program activities.

Held in our new Amphitheatre and led by a Peninsula Hot Springs yoga instructor, join friends and fellow bathers in our custom-designed pools for a yoga class like no other. The class combines the benefits of geothermal bathing with stretching, strengthening and balancing yoga poses. This 45 minute experience is open to all levels and is complimentary with Bath House bathing.Find out more »
Ever feel like you don’t want the weekend to end? Why not unwind with a relaxing soak in our thermal mineral waters and then head to our Bath House Café for soothing Sunday afternoon tunes. ‘Sunday sessions at the Springs’ offers a rejuvenating way to end your week, where you can relax with a bite to eat, a cheeky wine or beer, or nutritious juice whilst soaking up the sounds from amazing local musicians.
Sunday Sessions will run from 2pm to 5pm every Sunday from 28th July to 6th October, weather permitting.
Live music is complimentary with Bath House bathing.
