Bath House bathing

What to bring

  • Robe, towel and locker hire: Robe, towel and locker hire is available.
  • What to wear: Swimsuits are required in the Bath House bathing area, rash vests and boardshorts are acceptable. The mineral-rich water may discolour swimwear. Bathing suits and thongs are available for purchase on arrival. Street apparel such as jeans and cargo shorts are not acceptable items to be worn in the pools.
  • Prams: Due to safety and the layout of the Bath House bathing area, we ask that you leave your pram in your car
  • Footwear: To reduce the risk of slips we recommend appropriate footwear around pools and in any wet areas
  • Valuables: We recommend all valuables including jewellery are left at home or in one of our secured lockers. Please do not wear jewellery in the pools as the mineral water may cause them to tarnish.
  • Mobile phones: If you wish to bring your mobile phone, we ask that you only take images of your group.
  • Water bottle: We recommend that you bring your own plastic or stainless steel water bottle to drink from during your stay, alternatively there are plenty of water taps around the facilities.
  • Concession cards and discount cards: We ask that your bring proof of purchase or any discount cards that you have used to make your booking.
  • Food: We have two dining options in the Bath House; the Bath House café and the picnic area. The Bath House Cafe offers a selection of light meals, freshly ground coffee, cold drinks and snacks from morning until early evening every day. We have a picnic area with tables and plenty of lawn space for you to enjoy your own picnic. This area is open from dawn until dusk, and food is only to be consumed until dusk. Bath House cafe.
  • Inflatable devices: Due to the size of the pools inflatable devices such as rings are not allowed in the bathing area. Safety devices such as arms bands are acceptable. 
  • Pets: The safety of your pet and our native environment is important to us. Therefore, we ask that you leave your pets at home or with a friend or family member.

  • When to arrive: To help you better plan your day, you have selected an arrival time for your Bath House booking. It is important that you arrive on time for your Bath House booking to avoid losing your spot. We recommend that you arrive 15 minutes before your booking time.
  • Bathing with friends and family: Please ensure that if your friends and family wish to bathe with you, it is important that they too make a Bath House bathing booking to secure their spot.
  • Eating and drinking: enjoy a light healthy meal before bathing and stay hydrated during your visit. The possession or consumption of alcohol is prohibited in the Bath House.

Spa Dreaming Centre

What to bring

  • What to wear: Swimsuits are required in the Spa Dreaming Centre bathing area and optional in the private baths and pools. The mineral-rich water may discolour swimwear. Bathing suits and thongs are available for purchase on arrival.

  • Footwear: To reduce the risk of slips we recommend appropriate footwear around pools and in any wet areas
  • Valuables: We recommend all valuables including jewellery are left at home or in one of our secured lockers. Please do not wear jewellery in the pools as the mineral water may cause them to tarnish.
  • Mobile phones:The Spa Dreaming Centre is a mobile free zone.
  • Water bottle: We recommend that you bring your own plastic or stainless steel water bottle to drink from during your stay, alternatively there are plenty of water taps around the facilities.
  • Food: We have a café in the Spa Dreaming Centre. We have a licenced café in the Spa Dreaming Centre that is open daily for breakfast and lunch and dinner on Tuesday, Friday and Saturday night. Bookings recommended. If you would like to add dining to your experience, please call our reservations team on (03) 5950 8777.
  • Pets: The safety of your pet and our native environment is important to us. Therefore, we ask that you leave your pets and home or with a friend or family member.

  • When to arrive: Please arrive at least 30 minutes before your booking start time. If you arrive late, your private bathing and treatment time may have to be reduced.
  • Treatment consultation: All our spa treatments include pre-treatment consultation time. The treatment length promoted is inclusive of spa treatment consultation. For example, a 60 minute massage includes 55 minutes hands-on treatment and 5 minute consultation.
