Book online or through our Reservations team using the same email address you used to purchase your membership. Your membership is linked to this email and is for the use of the purchaser only. We offer one membership per transaction.
validation period
Memberships are active from and valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. For example, if purchased on 5 July, it will expire at 11:59pm on 4 August.
changes to your booking
We understand you may need to change your booking. We have a 24 hour cancellation and amendment policy for all bookings, excluding accommodation.
non-transferable
Our 1 month memberships and multi-visit passes are non-transferable and are intended exclusively for the individual purchaser.
