2 visit pass: Valid for 7 days from first redemption.
5 visit pass: Valid for 12 months from first redemption.

If you hold a membership or multi-visit pass, you are encouraged to pre-book your bathing experience. Booking ahead helps us manage capacity and ensure the best guest experience.

If you purchase one of our memberships, you are welcome to visit as many times as you like during the 30 day validation period.

If you would like to join us with a guest, simply add two guests to your booking. When you add your guest's details, the system will deduct the cost of your visit from your membership or pass. Your guest's amount will require online payment.

cancellations & refunds

Bookings made using a multi-visit pass or membership are non-refundable. If you need to cancel an upcoming visit booked with your membership, you are welcome to do so and rebook for another available day within the 30 day validation period.
