With five visits to enjoy over 12 months, you can nurture your body and mind at your own pace, enhanced by the warmth of our springs. To redeem, book using the same email address that was used to purchase your 5 visit pass. The purchase period runs from now until 5 January 2026.

how to book

Book online or through our Reservations team using the same email address you used to purchase your pass. Your pass is linked to this email and is for the use of the purchaser only. We offer one 5 visit pass per transaction. To buy multiple 5 visit passes, you will need to complete separate transactions using different email addresses.

changes to your booking

We understand you may need to change your booking. We have a 24 hour cancellation and amendment policy for all bookings, excluding accommodation. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your booking will result in the deduction of one visit from your 5 visit pass.
