Promoter

This promotion is an initiative by:
Peninsula Hot Springs, ABN 13 100 134 961, located 140 Springs Lane, Final VIC 3939.

Eligibility

Entry is open to guests aged 60 years and over who visit the Bath House during the promotional period.

Competition Period

The competition opens on Thursday 1 October 2026 and closes at 11:59pm AEST on Saturday 31 October 2026. Entries received outside this period will not be considered.

How to Enter

  • Eligible guests will automatically receive one entry into the prize draw when they attend.

  • Guests are welcome to visit as many times as they like during October. The more visits, the more entries.

  • One entry per eligible Bath House visit at one time.


Prize details

The total prize value is AUD $2,570 as of Monday 19 September 2026. The prize total is subject to change at any time. The three prizes include:

  • Major Prize: One overnight stay in an Eco Lodge Suite at Peninsula Hot Springs, valued at $1,460.

  • Secondary Prize 1: Peninsula Head Spa treatment and Reset Bathing for two people, valued at $740.

  • Secondary Prize 2: Dine and Bathe for Two, valued at $370.


Prize Conditions

  • The prize is not transferable, refundable or redeemable for cash.

  • All elements of the prize are subject to availability and must be booked in advance.

  • The prize must be redeemed within 12 months of the winner announcement unless otherwise agreed.

Winner Selection & Notification

  • This is a game of chance.  

  • The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries.

  • The winner will be drawn within seven days of the promotion closing and notified using the contact details provided at the time of booking.

  • If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim their prize within 14 days, Peninsula Hot Springs reserves the right to redraw that prize.

General Conditions

The Promoter reserves the right to verify entries and disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or does not comply with these Terms & Conditions.

The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, modify or suspend the competition if necessary.

The Promoter is not responsible for any technical issues, lost entries, or circumstances beyond its control.

Personal information provided in connection with this competition will be handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy of Peninsula Hot Springs.
