Elevate your summer session with our self-guided contrast therapy circuit, designed for you to move at your own pace while floating between cold pools, cooling showers and our state of the art ice cave. Then, wander our Cool Moments Trail, where every step leads you closer to cooling experiences, including iced plunge pools, misting stations and shaded relaxation spaces.

Swing by the Amphitheatre Café for cold brew, acai bowls, choc-tops, and cold press juices or beat the heat with a refreshing Limoncello Spritz at the Bath House Café and Bar.
