On Sunday, 20 September, Dan Byrne will guide guests through a sound healing experience that includes grounding breathwork, acoustic and live-looped soundscapes, and guided intention-setting aligned with the Spring Equinox. After the session, you'll have the opportunity to relax and enjoy Revitalise bathing in the hot springs at our Bath House.
The Spring Equinox marks a point of balance in nature, where day and night are almost equal before the days gradually become longer. It’s a beautiful reminder that life moves in cycles, and just as the earth begins a new season of growth, we have the chance to pause, reset, and reflect on what’s ready to shift in our own lives. This immersive experience combines breathwork with healing vibrations and frequencies designed to cleanse, restore and realign mind, body and spirit.
Tickets to experience our Springs Equinox Sound Healing Journey with Dan Byrne are $100 per adult and include the event combined with Revitalise Bath House bathing.
About our facilitator
Dan Byrne is the founder of Cymatic Harmony and a local artist dedicated to promoting connection between sound, self and wellbeing through music. Using instruments including the handpan and crystal harp, Dan creates healing sonic meditations and immersive soundscapes that showcase the therapeutic and restorative effects of sound. He is a frequent guest artist at Peninsula Hot Springs and performs regularly as part of the Arts & Culture events calendar.
