The Amphitheatre pools are coloured to different energy centre, from grounding root to violet crown. Move through the sequence and choose your preferred place to settle. Afterwards, explore 50 more Bath House experiences and immerse yourself in Seek the Heat.

Composed by our own Artist in Residence, Josh Roydhouse, each ambient soundscape has been specifically written, layering a restorative tone beneath the water's surface and into the open air.

From a low, grounding 396 Hz to a still 741 Hz, each frequency is tuned to support a different state of body and mind, guiding you from arrival to stillness.

Monday to Friday at 3pm

Take part in a 25 minute guided yoga in hot springs water. Available Monday to Friday at 3pm. Complimentary with bathing.
