Composed by our own Artist in Residence, Josh Roydhouse, each soundscape has been written for its pool, layering a restorative tone beneath the water's surface and into the open air.

From a low, grounding 396 Hz to a still 741 Hz, each frequency is tuned to support a different state of body and mind, guiding you from arrival to stillness.

Every night after sunset, each pool is tuned to a different energy centre;  light and restorative frequencies working together. Move through the coloured pools and discover the intention behind each chakra.

Monday to Friday at 3pm

Take part in a 25 minute guided yoga in hot springs water. Available Monday to Friday at 3pm. Complimentary with bathing.
