Ready to visit? You can redeem your gift certificate online or contact our Reservations team with your certificate number. Start by reviewing our three simple steps for redeeming a Peninsula Hot Springs gift certificate.

We invite you to purchase one or multiple gift vouchers online, via our Reservations team or on site at Peninsula Hot Springs located at 140 Springs Lane, Fingal 3939, Victoria.

e-gift or post

Our beautifully presented gift vouchers can be emailed or posted to you or your recipient. If you choose a posted physical gift voucher, a tracking number will be sent to you once your order is ready and out for delivery.

validity period

Gift vouchers from Peninsula Hot Springs are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase. Gift vouchers cannot be redeemed within the first 24 hours of purchase.

gift voucher extension

We are unable to extend the redemption period of gift certificates that have passed their expiry date. Visitation dates can be booked beyond a certificate's expiry period as long as the certificate has been redeemed by its expiry date.

non-transferable

Certificates are non-refundable once purchased and cannot be used to purchase a new gift certificate or swapped for cash. Certificates are not transferable between guests.

You can however use your gift certificate for its monetary value and put it towards any of our packages or experiences at Peninsula Hot Springs, or you are welcome to use the balance in our onsite retail areas or online spa shop.

changes to packages

Our experiences evolve over time, and package inclusions may change after 18 months. If your selected package is no longer available, your gift certificate will simply convert to its monetary value, ready to be used on any current offerings.
