when to arrive

If you choose to begin your day with a spa treatment, please arrive at least 15 minutes before your treatment start time. Once your treatment has finalised, we invite you to enjoy the entirety of your site at your leisure.

We understand you may need to change your booking. We have a 24 hour cancellation and amendment policy for all bookings, excluding accommodation. Cancellations or changes within 24 hours will be charged in full.
