what to expect

We are delighted to continue welcoming guests to experience the therapeutic benefits of geothermal bathing and reconnecting in nature during Victoria’s COVIDSafe Summer. The health and wellbeing of our staff and guests remains paramount and all COVIDSafe practices are in place to ensure our community’s safety.

We request that all guests who have visited anywhere outside of Victoria provide relevant documentation to confirm that they hold a green permit.

As per the Victorian government announcement: To help stop the spread of coronavirus (COVID-19), all residents and travellers wishing to enter Victoria must now apply for a permit. The permit system applies to travellers from anywhere across Australia. Areas across Australia are to be designated as green, orange, or red according to their risk and will be updated by the Chief Health Officer based on the latest health advice here.

For the safety of our wider community, we ask that those who can’t provide the same information to reschedule to avoid being refused entry.
