what to expect

Please note: Peninsula Hot Springs will be pressing pause on all experiences at 10pm 8/7/20

In line with expected timelines communicated by the Victorian Premier, we hope to be able to welcome you back to relax and reconnect in nature at the hot springs from late August, 2020

Your visit to the hot springs will look a little different in our reopening phase but if we work together we can all enjoy relaxing and reconnecting in nature.

bookings essential

bookings essential

Bookings will now be essential and all guests included in a booking will need to have their details recorded.

limiting capacity

You will notice guest numbers have been significantly reduced in order to maintain safe distancing on site and our Bath House will be divided into “zones”.

Bather limits

You will notice our pools will have signage to indicate the maximum number of bathers allowed in each pool which will be monitored by members of our friendly pools team.

directional signage

You will be asked to observe floor markers on entry and in check-in queues to maintain social distancing requirements.

temperature checks

Upon arrival you will be required to use hand sanitiser and have your temperature checked as part of our onsite COVID-19 safety measures. Anyone presenting with a high temperature  will be asked to reschedule their visit.

social distancing

You will be asked to maintain social distancing throughout your visit, keeping 1.5 metres from other guests and our operational team.

check for updates

We recommend you check our website and social media in advance of your visit to obtain the most up to date information.

We request that you make use of the hand sanitiser dispensers and hygiene stations available throughout the site.

no cash payments

All on site payments will now be cashless, and where possible, contactless.

frequent cleaning

You will notice enhanced sanitation measures across the site during your visit, particularly at high frequency touch points.

mindful of time

We have not introduced timed experiences however, in the spirit of inclusiveness, we kindly request limiting your visit to three hours to allow everyone the opportunity to bathe.
Bathing concludes 15 minutes before closing time.

dining options

You will notice more space between you and other guests in our cafes. Our picnic areas will be available for you to enjoy whilst practising social distancing.

wellness experiences

Our wellness activities and retreats will need to return at a later date. This includes yoga, Pilates, body clay and fire and ice.

Saunas and Hammam

All saunas and hammams in the Bath House and Spa Dreaming Centre will reopen at a later date.

live music

Live music and events will also return at a later date.

Thank you for familiarising yourself with the information on this page that illustrates what you can expect from your visit and some of the experiences we will be reintroducing at a later date.
