We are pleased to be able to welcome back our entire community to relax, rejuvenate and warm up at our coastal oasis.

In preparation for your next visit, take some time to familiarise yourself on what to expect.

Please note: We ask that all guests who have been to any of the listed NSW exposure sites to please reschedule their visit by contacting our friendly reservations team on 5950 8777. Our reception team will be checking permits upon arrival.

what to expect when we reopen

QR code check in

On arrival please scan the QR code on your device and register your contact details, as required by the Victorian Health Department and to assist with contact tracing. You will be asked to show your QR code check in confirmation upon entering our Reception.

face masks

Face masks are to be worn indoors and whenever you’re unable to maintain social distancing.

travel restrictions

In line with Victorian Government advice, we request that our entire community stays informed of current exposure sites and follows public health advice.

bookings essential

Bookings are essential and all guests included in a booking will need to have their details recorded.

Bather limits

All guests must adhere to the COVIDSafe capacity requirements outlined on signs located at each pool. This will be monitored by members of our friendly pools team. If you are visiting with a larger group, please be mindful and patient of the wait times that may occur.

You will notice guest numbers have been significantly reduced in order to maintain safe distancing on site.

You will be asked to observe floor markers on entry and in check-in queues to maintain social distancing requirements.

Upon arrival you will be required to use hand sanitiser and have your temperature checked as part of our onsite COVID-19 safety measures. Anyone presenting with a high temperature  will be asked to reschedule their visit.

You will be asked to maintain social distancing throughout your visit, keeping 1.5 metres from other guests and our operational team.

We recommend you check our website and social media in advance of your visit to obtain the most up to date information.

sanitising

We request that you make use of the hand sanitiser dispensers and hygiene stations available throughout the site.

no cash payments

All on site payments will now be cashless, and where possible, contactless.

frequent cleaning

You will notice enhanced sanitation measures across the site during your visit, particularly at high frequency touch points.
