our ongoing commitment

design support

Signage across the site includes braille, pictograms, high colour contrast and larger font to support inclusive wayfinding.

quiet times

For those who need a lower sensory environment, we are often quieter mid-week (Tuesday to Thursday) outside of peak promotion periods, school holidays and public holidays.

ongoing initiatives

We regularly introduce initiatives designed to lower barriers of entry for those experiencing challenges such as chronic pain or mental illness. This includes our Share the Warmth initiative and our partnership events with our mental health partners.
