No matter the size of your group, allow us to prepare the perfect menu for your next private, corporate or wellness event. Our menus have been designed with nourishment and replenishment in mind, where we incorporate local, seasonal produce to boost immunity and enhance overall wellbeing.

Our knowledge of wellness is ever-evolving, which is why we collaborate with naturopath and clinical nutritionist Freya Lawler. Working alongside our Food and Beverage and Wellness teams and guided by the best of natures seasonal offerings, Freya assists in setting the theme and intentions for nutritional aspects in our menus as well as our wellness programs.
