Learn to walk more mindfully through the Japanese practice of Shinrin-yoku. Studies have shown that walking through nature in a slow and meditative way has remarkable benefits, as trees have been found to emit essential oils that help boost immunity and lower adrenaline, among other benefits. The guided 45 minute walk will immerse you in our unique landscape and get you closer to nature.
