Book your visit online by selecting the experience listed on your gift certificate, or select the experience of choice if you have been presented a freedom monetary gift certificate.

Proceed to the summary page where you will select your preferred date and time as well as the quantity of guests, search for availability and continue with your selection. 

Sign in or create an account. When you arrive at the payment screen, enter your gift certificate number in the 'Certificate' drop down menu and confirm your booking.

We have answered all your questions regarding redeeming your gift certificate. If you need further assistance, we invite you to reach out via email or phone.

Gift certificates from Peninsula Hot Spring are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase. Gift certificates are valid for 12 months if purchased before November 1st, 2019. Gift certificates cannot be extended beyond their initial validation period or be replaced if lost or stolen.

You can purchase multiple gift certificates at any of the below Peninsula Hot Springs locations:

Online: Where you can personalise each certificate in the personalisation screen, you can opt to have your gift certificate emailed or mailed directly to the recipient..

By Phone: Simply contact our friendly reservations team on (03) 5950 8777, they can email or express post your gift certificate directly to you or the recipient.

Onsite at Peninsula Hot Springs: Simply visit our reception team between 7am – 10pm daily to purchase a beautifully wrapped gift certificate.

Mornington gift certificate office: Visit our friendly team on Mornington Main Street between 10am and 3pm to purchase a beautifully wrapped gift certificate.

You can use your gift certificate for its monetary value and put it towards any of our packages or experiences at Peninsula Hot Springs, or you are welcome to use the balance in our onsite retail areas or online spa shop.

Certificates are non-refundable once purchased and cannot be used to purchase a new gift certificate or swapped for cash. Certificates are not transferable between guests.

All gift certificates purchased on or after November 1, 2019 are valid for three years from the date of purchase.

All gift certificates purchased prior to November 1, 2019 were valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

We are unable to extend the redemption period of gift certificates that have passed their expiry date.

Visitation dates can be booked beyond a certificate's expiry period as long as the certificate has been redeemed by its expiry date. For example, John's certificate expires on December 12, 2022, on December 10, 2022 he redeems his certificate for a visit on February 3, 2023.

If the balance of your gift certificate does not cover the full amount of your booking, you will be prompted to enter your credit / debit card details at the time of booking to cover the remaining balance.

Once all steps are complete you will receive a booking confirmation with all the purchase details.
