Join The Peninsula Hot Springs Roof of the World Integrity Trek Team for an extraordinary journey, taking place from 25 July to 4 August, 2025

In July 2025, the founders of Peninsula Hot Springs, the Davidson family, and friends will embark on an adventure of a lifetime: summiting Mount Kilimanjaro, Africa’s highest peak and the tallest freestanding mountain in the world.

But this is more than just a climb—it’s a mission with heart. We’re trekking to raise vital funds and awareness for The Thin Green Line Foundation, a global organization dedicated to supporting park and wildlife rangers—the unsung heroes standing between our planet’s most threatened species and extinction.

Why We Climb

From Moshi’s lush coffee valleys to the icy summit at 5,850 meters, our journey will cross five distinct climatic zones, culminating on 31 July—World Ranger Day. On this special day, we’ll stand on the Roof of Africa to celebrate rangers across the globe and honour those who have fallen in the line of duty while protecting precious wildlife.

From the summit, we’ll gaze across the Tanzanian savannas and the rolling hills of Kenya—lands that rangers call home, and wild spaces they dedicate their lives to defending. This journey is about integrity, endurance, and a shared vision for a healthier planet—one where rangers have the resources, respect, and recognition they deserve.
