A simple breathing technique that will calm your nervous system, slow down a racing mind and help you to feel calm and present. We will also use a mantra that is easy to remember and can be practiced off the mat any time you are feeling a little rushed or overwhelmed.

A meditation to help you feel and heal in challenging times. This 16 minute meditation will give you some space to safely feel into any challenging emotions that you may have been blocking and then create some healing space around them. With winter brings a more sedentary lifestyle and many of us are looking for a long term goal to work towards to maintain or improve our fitness.
