It’s official: we are humbled to announce that we have once again been named the global winner in the Luxury Mineral Spring Spa category at this year’s World Luxury Spa Awards.

The World Luxury Spa Awards are the most prestigious awards in the industry, and we are absolutely delighted to be recognised as a global leader for seven years running. Results are decided by the votes of industry experts and over 250,000 spa guests and travellers from around the world.

“The announcement of Peninsula Hot Springs winning the world’s best hot spring for the seventh year in a row at the World Luxury Spa Awards is an incredible honour,” said Peninsula Hot Springs Co-Founder and Group Chairman Charles Davidson, who accepted the award at the gala ceremony in Turkey.

Of course, this achievement would not have been possible without the support of our guests and community — and the extraordinary efforts of our entire staff.

“This is a testament to the great work of our team each and every day. We accepted the award on behalf of our 350 members of our team and thank them all very much,” said Charles.

Congratulations are also in order for our sister spring — Maruia Hot Springs in New Zealand — who took out the award for best Luxury Mineral Spring Spa in the Australasia region.
