RUOKAY? Day
R U OK? Day is a gentle reminder of the importance of checking in with the people around us. Each September, Australians are encouraged to pause, connect and ask the simple yet powerful question, “Are you OK?” At its heart, the day is about creating space for meaningful conversations that support mental health and wellbeing — something we hold close to our values at Peninsula Hot Springs.
If you have any questions about our upcoming event, we invite you to contact our Reservations team.
