Most packages and treatments are available as gift vouchers; however you also have the option to choose a monetary value for the card if it seems a little overwhelming. That way, the recipient can choose what they’d like to put the voucher toward – from general bathing to dining, spa products, treatments, private bathing or a package.

Gift vouchers can be redeemed for any product or service available at Peninsula Hot Springs and
are valid for 3 years.

Certificates must be redeemed by the expiry date
Certificates may not be redeemed for purchasing new gift certificates or cash
Certificates are not refundable
Certificates may be redeemed any day of the week, unless otherwise stipulated
Certificates can be redeemed for retail products, purchases in the cafe, bathing or spa services
Certificates are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase
Expired certificates hold no value
Peninsula Hot Springs reserves the right to change services without notice
Please allow 24 hours for gift certificates to be activated before redeeming
Bookings made with gift certificates are subject to availability
If you select the express post service please allow up to 2-3 business days for delivery during busy periods. Please note this service does incur a $12.00 fee, during the peak season delivery may take longer. Peninsula Hot Springs does not take responsibility for any late gift certificates as postage is managed by Australia Post.
