world wellness weekend
Written by Emily
As a leading wellness destination on the Mornington Peninsula, we are committed to supporting the mental, physical, and social wellbeing of our guests, staff, and the broader community.
We are excited to be taking part in the annual celebration of World Wellness Weekend for the fourth consecutive year. This year we will be offering a complimentary virtual program to support and encourage growth, resilience, and connection.
Our series of inclusive online workshops and musical performances will be led by inspiring and engaging local practitioners who are leaders in the wellness space. They will support and guide you through a range of experiences designed to centre, ground, and realign you with the deep well of your being. Our program will open with a sunrise Yidaki meditation and close with a journey into sacred sound.
We hope this virtual offering will uplift and inspire you to continue to prioritise your mental, physical and spiritual wellbeing during the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. Whether you get involved for one activity or all of them, each session can be done from the comfort of your own home.
Discover more information about our activities below and tune into the Facebook event at the scheduled times to get involved.
Disclaimer: Please note that when participating in online exercise classes, you are doing so at your own risk. Activities may not be suitable for those with pre-existing injuries, illnesses, or pregnancies. Please consult a health professional before participating in any online programs.
