Your choice of signature wellness activity including:

**Fire and Ice workshop**  
*Daily at 4pm & 5pm. Additional sessions on weekends at 12pm and 1pm*  

Our Fire and Ice workshop has been inspired by the ancient practice of cryotherapy, or hot-cold therapy. Allow our knowledgeable host to take you through a sequential 45-minute experience of hot saunas, deep breathing, and meditation before submerging in our 4°C ice plunge pool. Available for guests 16 years and older.

**Body Clay ritual**  
*Daily at 12pm & 2pm. Additional sessions on weekends at 3pm*
