In celebration of our Pop-up Sauna Space, we are launching our newest wellness experience, Sauna Aufguss.
Guided by a trained Aufguss Master, the ritual begins as water infused with pure essential oils is poured onto the hot sauna stones. Using precise and rhythmic towel movements, the facilitator circulates waves of heat and aromatic steam through the room, creating a multisensory journey that is as invigorating as it is restorative.
Sauna Aufguss is available to add to your Revitalise Bath House bathing experience. Available each Friday from 10 October to 28 November.

Guests are encouraged to wear bathing attire or a light towel wrap, bring a towel to sit on for comfort, and stay hydrated throughout the ritual.
