spend R U OK Day at the springs

In support of R U OK? Day, we will be offering a number of complementary activities aimed at fostering connection through art, music, yoga and bathing. $2 from every Bath House bathing entry on Thursday, 12 September will be donated to the R U OK? organisation to support the message of how starting a conversation can help those struggling with their mental health.
Guests can further their contribution by purchasing a yellow wristband for $2 which can be worn while bathing.
All of this is to remind each other and ourselves how important it is to perform the simple act of checking in with a friend or loved one, and to keep the communication lines open. We are inviting our wider community to become part of R U OK? Day in recognition of the hot springs as a place that fosters mindfulness and human connection, and as part of our continued commitment to improve mental health in Australia.
So come along with a friend on September 12 and help us raise awareness of this important initiative – a day spent having a meaningful conversation while immersed in nature could be just what you or they need.
