The Peninsula Explorer bus has arrived
The Peninsula Explorer bus arrived on the Mornington Peninsula this July.
The Peninsula Explorer is a hop-on hop-off regional tourism bus service linking attractions, experiences and accommodation venues on the Mornington Peninsula. The Peninsula explorer is set to become the best way to experience Mornington Peninsula with an official launch date of 1st November 2014.
The hop-on hop-off bus service will allow passengers to conveniently experience the delights and antiquity the Peninsula has to offer, including hourly stops at Peninsula Hot Springs.
Other experiences en route include the historical precinct of the Port Nepean National Park which houses nearly 50 heritage listed buildings, in particular, the famous Quarantine Station, Eagle Ridge Golf Course, Boneo Maze and Cups Estate winery, just to name a few.
The Peninsula Explorer route will further include trail rides along Gunnamatta beach, wine tastings at Cups Estate and visits to one of several championship golf courses along with plans to expand its route to include the hinterland area of Arthurs Seat and Red Hill.
Peninsula Hot Springs and Peninsula Explorer packages will be available, once the hop-on, hop-off bus is launched, so stay tuned.
For an experience that truly treats all the senses, don’t forget to combine Peninsula Explorer and Peninsula Hot Springs on your itinerary.
