Here at the hot springs, we think the whole month of May should be dedicated to mums and all that they do. With modern life as busy at is, one of the most meaningful gifts we can give to our mothers is the gift of time – quality time spent connecting and relaxing together. Here are our top suggestions on ways to hang out with your mum – or an important woman in your life – at the springs.
- Book in for a wellness activity
With the recent unveiling of our wellness program — which as of last week includes aerial yoga and reformer Pilates — now’s the perfect time to give our wellness activities a go. You and your mum can enjoy a mindful yoga class, an active Pilates session, or an interactive activity like the playful Body Clay or invigorating Fire and Ice experiences.
All wellness activities are packaged with Bath House bathing.
- Get pampered in the spa
We all love being pampered, but often we don’t find the time. Share a self-care day with Mum in our Spa Dreaming Centre and treat yourselves to treatments, tranquil adults-only bathing and more. Our top suggestion? A Massage and Bathe Package for Two.
- Indulge in a Dine and Bathe package
Catch up with Mum properly over a glass of wine and a deliciously nourishing dinner as well as a soak in the Spa Dreaming Centre and Bath House pools. Our Spa Dreaming Centre café is open for dinner on Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights — and this year we’re also taking bookings for Mother’s Day on Sunday, May 12. Bookings are essential.
- Explore our Bath House
The Bath House is a great place to connect, and with the opening of our Amphitheatre, there’s now more to explore than ever. Discover over 30 geothermal bathing experiences including seven new pools, try out our spacious new saunas, or share a cup of coffee in one of our three on-site cafes.*

- Experience a wellness retreat
Our recently-launched day retreats provide the perfect opportunity to spend half a day fully immersed in wellness. Choose from an “energise”, “grounding” or adventure” option – all of which include Bath House bathing, two wellness activities, lunch with juice and towel, robe and locker hire.
