Wellness experiences at the hot springs
We believe that wellness begins with connection – with ourselves, our community and the environment around us. We also believe it is best approached from a holistic perspective which is why we have introduced wellness activities to enhance your bathing experience at the hot springs.
Our wellness activities include a 45 minute workshop with Bath House bathing, the activities combine bathing in our healing waters, connecting with nature and a movement or mindfulness activity which creates the ultimate wellbeing experience.
If you are seeking an adventure we recommend our invigorating fire and ice experience which is quickly becoming an iconic hot springs experience. You will flow between our state of the art saunas, ice cave deep freeze and 4 degree ice plunge pool. Throughout this experience you will learn and experience the key benefits of hot and cold therapy.
Alternatively you can wrap yourself in a supportive silk hammock during our introductory aerial yoga sessions. The hammocks support your body’s weight as you move between playful and nurturing poses. This is a restorative class which is perfect for beginners and a relaxing to ease into your Sunday morning.
Our body clay experience combines the healing powers and cooling effects of clay, it is a perfect way to reconnect with friends or family of all ages. Each clay has been sourced from around Australia, they all offer unique therapeutic benefits are rich in minerals. You will leave this experience feeling grounded with soft, remineralised and repaired skin.
Other activities include weekly mat Pilates and yoga sessions after your movement session you will leave feeling open, relaxed and ready to explore our geothermal bathing area.
We also offer two complimentary wellness activities with Bath House bathing, our hot springs yoga sessions are held on weekends at 12:30pm in our Bath House Amphitheatre area, and this class combines the benefits of geothermal bathing with a stretching and strengthening beginner yoga class. Our warm water exercise classes have become a delightful part of our weekly schedule where guests can participate in these sessions which are specifically designed to increase mobility and flexibility while being supported by geothermal mineral water. The warm water exercise classes are available on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at 7:30am in our aqua therapy pool.
