Wellness experiences at the hot springs
We believe that wellness begins with connection – with ourselves, our community and the environment around us. We also believe it is best approached from a holistic perspective which is why we have introduced wellness activities to enhance your bathing experience at the hot springs.
Our wellness activities include a 45 minute workshop and Bath House bathing, the activities combine bathing in our healing waters, connecting with nature and a movement or mindfulness activity which creates the ultimate wellbeing experience. Explore our wellness activities including yoga, mat Pilates, the invigorating powers of hot and cold therapy with our fire and ice experience or relax in a silk hammock as you move through nurturing poses in aerial yoga.
