Wellness experiences at the hot springs
We believe that wellness begins with connection – with ourselves, our community and the environment around us. We also believe it is best approached from a holistic perspective which is why we have introduced wellness activities and wellness retreats to enhance your bathing experience at the hot springs.
Our wellness activities include a 45 minute workshop and Bath House bathing, the activities combine bathing in our healing waters, connecting with nature and a movement or mindfulness activity which creates the ultimate wellbeing experience. Explore our wellness activities including yoga, mat Pilates, Reformer Pilates, the invigorating powers of hot and cold therapy with our fire and ice experience or relax in a silk hammock as you move through nurturing poses in aerial yoga.
Sometimes we need to fully immerse ourselves in a new environment in order to truly retreat. Our day retreats offer the opportunity to be immersed in a world of wellbeing here at the hot springs – whether your intention is to feel relaxed, reinvigorated or refreshed. With three retreats to choose from you will be able to find the perfect journey for yourself. All of our wellness retreats include two wellness activities, Bath House bathing, lunch, a hot springs water bottle, towel, robe and locker hire.
