Enjoy a range of wellness activities when bathing at Peninsula Hot Springs including meditation and warm water exercise classes.
Meditation and warm water exercise classes are held weekly and are complimentary with Bath House bathing entry
Warm water exercise
Held in our aquatherapy pool, join in on our warm water exercise class to help tone your muscles and improve your overall fitness. The class will include gentle exercises using resistance equipment with no impact on your joints.
Complimentary 45 minute warm water exercise classes are held every Thursday at 8am with Bath House bathing entry.
We recommend that you arrive early as classes are limited to 10 guests. Please also bring a bottle of water with you.
You will be introduced and guided through simple and effective meditation techniques, utilising the rhythm of your breath, your senses and other focus areas to help you relax.
Meditation is possibly the most accessible activity that you can do to help you develop harmony and balance through your entire life experience; all you need is yourself, and a little motivation to open yourself to a more mindful way with life.
Complimentary meditation classes are held every Friday at 8am with Bath House bathing entry, the classes are held in our Royal Moroccan tent.
