celebrating world wellness weekend
Here at Peninsula Hot Springs we have always been about helping people connect – with themselves, with each other and with nature. As we enter a time of renewal this Spring we focus on our wellbeing by celebrating World Wellness Weekend. On Saturday 21st and Sunday 22nd of September we will celebrate with a unique and immersive program of activities, events and experiences to enhance your bathing journey.
We believe in a holistic approach to wellness and provide experiences that nurture the mind, body and soul. On World Wellness Weekend in addition to our regular wellness program of body clay, fire and ice, Pilates, mat and aerial yoga plus our unique hot springs yoga, we will be offering a number of complimentary experiences which will allow guests to fully immerse themselves.
Each day will begin with guided meditation in our Bath House Amphitheatre from 8am. Following meditation on Saturday will be sound bathing with our under water speakers, hamam workshop, live music performances, a tea workshop, ice plunge challenge and ending the day with a bathe in cinema where you can watch a film from within our Amphitheatre pools or on the grassed terraces.
Sunday’s program includes the addition of a talk from our Land and Environment Director Jarrod Ruch on our evolving food story and the unique thriving eco-system which has been created on the site of the hot springs. Our three on-site cafes will be serving a delicious array of nutritious and locally sourced meals, drinks and snacks to enjoy throughout the weekend.
