world wellness weekend wrap up
On Saturday 21st and Sunday 22nd September we celebrated our second World Wellness Weekend with a host of wellbeing activities and experiences.
There was yoga, aerial yoga and Pilates in our Wellness Centre; live music, meditation, ‘hot talks’ on the benefits of bathing and Hot Spring Yoga on our Amphitheatre stage; Fire & Ice workshops in our fire and ice area; underwater sound bathing in our Amphitheatre pools; body clay workshops; tea workshops and a talk on our food story in one of our domes; a traditional Moroccan Hamam workshop; roving music by Hangman Dan with the soulful sounds of cymbatic drum, plus more. Meanwhile, our Amphitheatre Cafe was serving up nourishing and enticing dishes from a fresh new menu.
We believe in a holistic approach to wellbeing, which is why we have a range of activities and experiences regularly on offer on weekends that complement our bath house bathing. To be fully immersed in a self-care day, our new adventure day retreat combines our fire and ice workshop, body clay experience, nutritious lunch and juice from our Amphitheatre Cafe, towel, robe, locker hire plus a Peninsula Hot Springs water bottle to take home, providing an opportunity to connect with yourself, others and nature.
Thank you to all those who joined us for this special event.
