Yin, sound & bathe

Written by Emily

discover yin yoga and sound immersion at the springs

Step into our new geodesic sensory dome for a gentle yin yoga class accompanied by deeply nourishing sound. During this 90-minute session, you will be guided through restorative yin yoga postures as you are bathed in the transformational sounds of Tibetan bowls, crystal harp and hand pans.

As a collaboration between Peninsula Hot Springs, Dan Byrne of Cymatic Harmony and Jane Hone of Magic Space Yoga, this session has been designed to reconnect you with the body, the senses, and the self.

Coupled with the effects of bathing in our healing geothermal waters, you will leave the session with a sense of profound relaxation and enhanced wellbeing. All guests are able to bathe pre and post session for as long as they would like.

Join us for one or both of these special wellness events. Places are limited and bookings are essential, available to guests aged 16+.

Please note: towel, robe and locker hire is not included in price.
