To celebrate seniors week, we will be offering a range of performances, activities and special offers to complement your hot springs bathing experience.
Live music combined with movement, massage and the healing thermal mineral spring waters offers seniors an opportunity to connect with themselves, each other and with nature whilst being immersed in hot springs experiences.

Peninsula Chamber Musicians
Sunday 20 October
2:00pm – 4:00pm
Peninsula Chamber Musicians, a full chamber orchestra, will perform a selection of classical compositions on our outdoor Bath House Amphitheatre stage, conducted by Ingrid Martin. Presented by Peninsula Hot Springs and Mornington Peninsula Shire, guests are invited to lay back and enjoy the engaging sounds in our geothermal mineral springs or watch from the grassed terraces. General deck chair seating is available or guests can bring their own.
For seniors requiring assistance to and from the event, we are happy to provide free transport. When booking please select the transport option and we will make contact to confirm a collection time. Bookings that include transport will need to be finalised by Friday 11 October, 4:00pm.

Warm Water Exercise Classes
Monday 21, Wednesday 23, Friday 25 October
7:30am – 8:15am
Held in our aquatherapy pool, our warm water exercise classes involve guided gentle movement for the whole body to restore movement in tired or aching muscles and improve overall fitness. The classes include gentle exercises using resistance equipment and the geothermal mineral water will reduce any impact on your joints. Please bring a bottle of water with you and note that the class sizes are limited to 12 participants on a first come first served basis.
This activity is complimentary with seniors Bath House entry prior to 7:30am.

To celebrate Seniors Week, all early bird seniors are eligible for complimentary robe hire when you present your senior’s card at check in prior to 9:00am. *Complementary when Bath House bathing is purchased.
Meditate and Move

Seniors are invited to join a yoga professional on the amphitheatre terraces, being guided through a 1 hour meditate and move experience. This activity is complimentary when Bath House bathing is purchased.
Seniors Restorative Massage – $65pp
Tuesday 22, Wednesday 23 and Thursday 24 October
Subject to availability
Soothe aches and pains and help restore movement with a 30 minute treatment of your choice. Choose from either a back, scalp or foot massage aimed to increase circulation through the body and relax tired muscles. Seniors card must be presented to our receptionists upon arrival.
$30 from every booking will go to our community partner Musculoskeletal Australia (MSK ) – Muscle, Bone & Joint Health.to support MSK’s aim to increase opportunities for participation in physical activity for older Victorians, particularly for those who live with, or at risk of developing musculoskeletal conditions.
